I am currently paying for a used car from car-mart.I lost my job months ago and thought i would have a job by now.Here is the question.Can i get my money back from them for this car?I cannot pay for it anymore.Can I get anything besides hassle?I live in arkansas if this will help.

You can not get your money back. You can also not sell it and receive any money. If you were to sell it, then the money that they paid you for it will have to go to car-mart. Even then I believe that you will have problems, since the car is not yours, it belongs to car-mart and when the title search is done, it will come back with a lein. What you should do is go back to car-mart and let them know the situation and they will appraise it, it will be less that when you got it, but if they buy it back, which they don't have to, it might be able to cover the rest of what you owe.

No way. cars aren't returnable. You could sell the car if you can get more than what you owe on it. I'd contact the lender now and see if you can work something out.

You can only get money back if you sell the car, and then only what it is worth now. You can sell it to anyone, not just the place where you bought it.

I don't think you will be able to get your money back. And, I doubt too if you will be able to sell it. You are paying on it, it really belongs to them. How can you go and sell it?

no you can not get your money back , you could sell the car and pay what you owe them and keep the rest ,
but other wise you are shi*

Your only shot is to try and sell the car. Do what you can to make sure they don't repossess the car and keep trying to sell it.

Beware of Advance fee Loan scams.
ALL so called "Private Lenders" who ask for fees upfront are scammers...
my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country and never use wire/bank transfer services.. you risk losing your $$ and your mind.
