Depends on what time in November, but I also live in a ski town in Colorado -- not far from WY. Basically, the beginning of November is what we call "mud season" and it is basically crappy weather (cold and sorta snowy, but no really good dumps yet) so it all looks like pooo. The mid-Nov is when the snow really gets going and the ski resort starts to look like a ski resort. Temp are consistantly around 20-30. Late Nov is when the ski reort opens and usually has enough snow to open the lower runs and man made snow on the mid runs. Temps start to drop to 0-30. Take into consideration that thier is no humidty, so 0 degrees feels like 40 degrees in areas with humidity.
