if calling from your mobile you start with +353 then the full number if calling from a land line it is 00353 then the full number

Republic, or the North?
If it is the North, isn't the country code the same as England, Scotland and Wales, 44, that makes it +44 86 *** **** or 00 44 86 *** ****
