I would use Excel ..
Lets do it by rows.
Row 1 = 't' (fill it in with ascending numbers i.e. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 ....)
Row 2 = formula 5 * cosine (2 * PI * 6 * T) where T = number from row above (& PI = a constant)
Then use the Graph wizard.
(same with second case .. first Row = F = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 ... second row = formula)

i hate it when i read a question where all the words sound familiar then the next bit's marshian.
