drinking out of the bathroom sink tho? I've heard stories about how the kitchen sink's water is different than the bathroom sink's water but it didn't make sense to me, is it really different? Would it be safe to drink out of the bathroom sink if I drink out of the kitchen sink? Thankss

It would be just as safe to drink out of either sink in the same house unless there is a problem with one of the taps.

A number of people notice a different taste between the two sinks, but that is usually due to different types of metals in the pipes leading to the sinks, different types of materials in the actual faucets, or sometimes things that are crusted just inside the lip of the faucet.

In general, if the water is safe to drink from one faucet, it will be safe to drink from the other (barring things like lead pipes in one of the faucets or something, but that should affect all faucets).

usually the only difference is that the bathroom water is run through a water softener and it doesn't taste as good. drinking from it occasionaly won't hurt you, unless you have a restricted sodium intake. though i wouldn't make a steady diet of it.

Your homes' plumbing runs the same throughout. If the water is safe - it doesn't matter where you drink it from.
