ok i need help im 14 weeks pregnant and my b/f is cheating on me. i think kids should be around there parents but he has a 20 month old that he gets ever other weekend but his mom pickes her up and keeps he all weekend and drops her back off he never has her. and he has a tepmer he alredy put a hole in the wall and he slams things around and kicks stuff all the time i dont want my baby around that... is there a way i can keep him away from the baby? i dont even want child support from him he only pay 30 bucks a week for his other kid so i woouldnt get much. if i dont put his name on the birth certifate *sp* will that be able to keep him from seeing the baby? any help please!

Your moral choices is very limited.
You could move out of state.
You could leave him off as the father
There are some immoral choices like abortion and a few that are illegal, but very difficult for him to rectify.

get a laywer and get restraining order against him for breadking down the door or wall.
