"Are you accusing the Rock of speeding, obviously when he wasn't speeding?" and then "Can you smell what the Rock is about to be cooking on your candyass, Mr. Officer?"
Then he would do a Rock Bottom followed by the People's Elbow onto the poor, stupid cop.

Considering the rock is Dwayne Johnson's Fictional persona, he would probably take it like any other person, and fight it in court.
