Need to go in and edit a line but need a boot cd for xp home. Where can I download one?

If you can boot your system at all, you can make a bootable floppy from the format wizard. It will have basic DOS functionality.

Just do it in safe mode - the editing that is Press F8 a few time during bootup (after bios screen)
