without a doubt, you can tell that Queen was an influence on Mika. His voice has the same range and quality (both were trained opera singers).......there is a similarity in the lyric style and musical arangements, but as someone said before, Mika is definitely pop and Queen was rock.

I don't know i've never listened to Queen's music except for a few songs(i know you'd probably think i'm lame)
But i love Mika!

he sounds like a guy wierdo trying to be freddie mercury (no disrespect to gays or freddy mercury btw) but fails misserably and instead comes out with records that i have to turn the radio off when they are played in fear of hurting my ears.
