Only myself. Told myself, "well done" for spending 3 hours cleaning my rather mucky kitchen - tiles, cooker, cupboards etc. As I am on holiday from work, I thought I deserved a pat on the back and there was no one here to do that, only me!

Yes, I told my partner that her hair looked lovely when she came in from the hairdresser, I told my dog that she was the most beautiful dog in the world when she came over and licked my leg and the day is still young so maybe a few more where that came from.

there is this gal she doesn't like me that much and we dont talk but today she was wearing these nice pearlsandi just had to comment. that was strange coz we don't talk but that compliment changed everything.
