Do you mean $ 32.02 divided by 20% ?
Find the base when the amount and percent are known.
Convert 20 % to decimal.
Remopve the % symbol. Divide 20 by 100
20 / 100 = 0.2
Divide 32.02 by the decimal.
32.02 / 0.3 = 160.1
The base is 160.1

Multiply 160.1 times 0.2
160.1 x 0.2 = 32.02

to figure this out just realize that 10% of 32.09 is 3.209. Just move the decimal one place to the left. Now double that to get 20% which is 6.418. Now you have 32.09/6.418 which is 5

Divide by 20% means divide by one fifth which is multiply by 5
5*32 = 160
5*9 = 45
answer is $160.45
