They would rather have you think they are stupid than have to listen endlessly as to the time they were wrong

Ive trained my husband very well! He knows he is always wrong! lol He is allowed to be right once a year and thats on his birthday! Not all day now just once on that day! he isnt a very argumentative person and he picks his battles wisely! He probably is still thinking he is right but just doesnt say it out loud! lol Growing up though my dad would never ever admit he was wrong. U could be driving in circles and he refused to admit he was lost or ask for directions!!! Drove us all crazy!

Not all men, but some are. I am one that is stubborn about it. But I have gotten better about it.
The reason for me that I don't like to admit when I'm wrong has to do with selfish pride. Because I havn't wanted to show that I am weak.
I think alot of men who won't admit being wrong, they want to show strength and they feel that if they admit they are wrong, they think of it as them being weak, but the opposite I think is true, a real man is a man who's not afraid to admit his faults.

Because most men think they are God and God does not make mistakes, so neither do men. While some men are not that stubborn, most men are equally as stubborn in admitting they are lost.

Some men are stubborn....but when my husband realizes that is in the wrong he will admit it and apologize.

Some men have a lot of pride and wont admit to being wrong try to make like your the wrong one.

We all (men & women) are a little stubborn. But I have figured it out! Some (men & women pick on eachother to get the attention off of them & their flaws...

YES.Its because ever since there little they get toys that determine problem solving Ex:"Wow Tim you hit that ball really far!" "Now George make sure to help your mother while Im gone, your the man of the house.."They are solution oriented.So when they feel they did something wrong they feel like they failed you or your laughing at them and they hate that.Its hard to explain, but, it's something like that.

Probably because we are very rarely wrong - in debates with women. When the odd time arises where there may be a bit of doubt we dig our heels in & argue the point.
