What is the proof of discrimination in religion?
Is it not in minority quotas? And if all the data is hidden, where are we with that?

Well Gregory,
Then how is an employer gonna show that they hire religious minorities? How do they prove that? Answer is the law is unconstitutional and has no meat behind it because the burden is on the person trying to get a job and not with the employer who is being dishonest!

Why are they not giving preferential treatment to religious minorities just like they do other minorities?

Well consider that religious minorities have rights too! So it is the law to equal out the hiring of minorities is it not? And does that not give priority to religious and other minorities? Why should religion be any different?

Shouldn't it be the burden of the employer to show non discriminatory hiring practices? Who has availabilty to all the data if there was data? But there isn't and this is my beef! It is wrong and it needs to stop. We should reveal our religion at hiring to have statistical data to back up non discriminatory practices in hiring!
