These windows only come up after I turn on my computer. It has been doing it for a while, but my computer seems to be working fine... I just want to get rid of them. There is 4 all together.

1.Runner error
could not load the target dll
("C:\programfiles\backwebclient\6.2.3.66L\program\backweb.dll,errorcode126)

2. RUNDLL
error loading C:\windows\system32\imagrep.dll
The specified module could not be found.

3.RUNDLL
error loading C:\windows\system32\dxkvvmodw.dll
The specified module could not be found.

4.RUNDLL
C:\Docume~1\Nikkis~1\Locals~1\Temp\ddcyv.dll
The specified module could not be found.


Okay so those are the exact messages. Its all jibberish to me... so can you guys please tell me what caused them and how to remove them? Thanks.

At some point you had some program(s) installed that used those files, and loads them during startup. The program(s) was deleted without being uninstalled, so the registry references that load those files are still there. The files are not there, so you get the errors.

You can try to clearn them manually by going to Start > Run and typing in: msconfig
In the window that opens go to the StartUp tab
You will see a list of everything being loaded at start up. Looking for those files and uncheck them so they are not loaded. While this will stop the error messages, it does not clean the calls out of the registry.

Go to http://download.com and look for a free registry cleaner (Cclean in one of my favorites). Run a cleaner and it should remove the information from the registry that loads those files.

looks gibberish to me as well, they are probably viruses or spyware, scan your computer for them then see what happens. the best anti virus is AVG 7.5 downloadable and free. and a good anti-spyware program is Spybot Search and Destroy also downloadable and free. good luck!!

your comp is looking for files from program or programs you have deleted Norton system works can fix it
