I don't use oil in mine, I use a little honey and molasses, cinnamon too and sunflowers seeds for the nuts. When it's done and cooled I add a few chocolate chips. I Bake mine for about 30 minutes and stir it every 10 minutes on 325. It gives it a nice roasted flavor.

4 cups old-fashioned oats
1 1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
