It's not easy and depending on many different factors.
In general, the causes why women reach no orgasm are two:
- short male sexual intercourse;
- personal difficulty in having orgasm (frigidity).
Many women need more time than men to reach one orgasm. Therefore, whereas the partner isn't able to have a sufficient (longer) act more suitable for the woman satisfaction, the problem could be treated by some appropriate ways good to prolong the intercourse.
About the frigidity, the cause can be different, despite on most case it is psychological only.
Anyway, you said few about you and your friend able to help our answer!

Educate yourselves. A woman needs adequate preparation and a long gentle approach, ultimately with stimulation of the clitoris. Clitoral stimulation is inadequate for many woman during penile intercourse, so alternative means need to be employed, either manual, oral or with a vibrator.

In general, in order for your husband to have an orgasm, you just need to show up (and that is not a dumb answer).

He's not able to orgasm? Is he able to get hard? You need to spend more time with oral sex before you dive into intercourse. Also, take your time when you each masturbate. Figure out where your erogenous zones are and have him stimulate them when you'e together.
