There are zoning things where I live. I work at the tallest building in this town which is only 8 stories high (I live in a small town) but apparantly they had a problem even getting this place built. Every other building is only like 2-3 stories high. This place is a 280+ room building by the way.

No business at all allowed where I live, all residential.
