I'm embarrassed to say, I live in SC. What about her! Hands on hips, slouchy posture, stringy hair--and ignorant, to boot! I'm wondering HOW she got as far as she did in the competition.

Listening in on some conversations on the bus I would be surprised if 1/5 of the people knew what a map was.

Because 1/5th of American parents don't spend enough time with their kids and expect the government to raise their kids. It's a death spiral of poverty and ignornance.

I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some... people out there in our nation don't have maps and uh, I believe that our, ah, education like such as in South Africa, and, uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should, uh, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., or should help South Africa, it should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future, for our children.

idk i mean all you have to do is remember the shape of the U.S. but then like some schools they try to teach geo when kids are young and most kids arent really caring for that subject...or people are just stupid...its not hard but some people i guess havent seen the united states connected to the rest of the land masses and all theyre used to is the U.S.A singled out thats my theory
