Yeah, that can happen sometimes if you had sex for a really long time, or if it was kind of rough, or just if you weren't properly lubricated when you had sex. It causes little paper-cut like tears around the opening, and then that makes it sore. As for the warming stuff- don't use it, it SO sucks! "Warming," my shiny pink bum! More like "ungodly burning sensation!" We tried to use that and our "bits" got all inflamed and hurty. Also, I just thought of something else- that warming stuff gave me like the biggest yeast infection of my life- I'm wondering if that may be another cause for your soreness problem...if you have a yeast infection, having sex makes everything all sore and painful.

Try a non-warming lube like regular KY, you could be having a reaction to something in the lube. Try more foreplay to get you excited, and hopefully provide more natural lubercation on your part. If it continues, you may want to ask your doctor.

My suggestion is to stop using the warming lube. My boyfriend bought it and although he loves it, I can't stand it. It burns and is painful. Stick to plain lube and see how it goes. If you still dont feel better, then pay a visit to your doctor.

If something burns....don't use it! Maybe try a different brand. That is probably why you are sore luvvy. Look at the ingredients (or whatever they are called) and find one with something different in it.....the more natural the better.
