Travel Itenerary?

I plan to go to the States next year from the Philippines.. I welcome your suggestion. I want to visit the following places if possible within 3 weeks time frame and they include if possible the following: San Diego, Denver Colorado, New Jersey, Missouri, Atlanta Georgia, etc
Please include the travel airline that offers best rate and how much or less it will cost.

I have a difficult time planning the trip because i know these states are either in the west or east. so what is in your opinion and knowledge, the connecting routes where your airlines serve?

It's a big country. So I would pick one coast or the other, East or West, and start planning.

Then I'd take a few days in each city. For example, give yourself five days for Los Angeles (includes San Diego), four for San Francisco, four in Seattle, a couple in Las Vegas (everyone should see Las Vegas) and four in Denver. Then look at the various travel books to figure out what you'd like to see in each location. For example, the Grand Canyon isn't too far away from Las Vegas, Yosemite isn't a huge drive from San Francisco, etc.

You don't want to spend all of your time traveling on a trip like this. So cut down on distance, and save the Midwest and the East for later.
