You can always make an attempt to complete them before the weekend by finishing them on Friday.

I was able to accomplish some goals. Others will probably wait until next week. All of the important stuff was taken care of.

i when to the doctor on tuesday and she said that even though i don't need it, (i'm not over weight), i need an hour of physical activity that gets my heart pumping everyday, and so far i've done it everyday since she told me, except today, but it's only 10:00, so i have time!

No, I didn't, actually. I had a few days off in the beginning of the week, but while I was out with a friend Saturday night, he became violently ill, so I ended up sitting in the ER with him all night, then house- and dog-sitting for him while he was recovering from surgery. Tonight will be my first night back into my normal routine since this weekend!

Not yet, my major goal is to make it to Friday.
On the side, many of us are not goal oriented or driven by goals. This is not a character flaw, just a different way of dealing with life.
