Heh. A thumbs-down. That's slightly amusing. I honestly do not give a damn about the thumb ratings, but how anyone can justify in their own little mind giving a thumbs-down to a purely factual, and correct, answer, well, they're probably just cranky because their diaper is wet (or worse).

Chipmaker is correct, as usual. Perry was the last to do it, reaching 300 in consecutive seasons from 1972-74. It's been done 20 times by Indians pitchers:

Since Perry's 1974 season, the closest an Indians pitcher has come to 300 was Wayne Garland's 282.2 in 1977. And it's been 15 years since someone cracked 250, when Charles Nagy did it in 1992.
