Yes, there are certain people who like hurting other people's feelings. I am 30 years old, I live on my own and I have no one to help me out but me. I pay my own bills and, because I balance my money, I do not always have the money to get my hair done. There is this co worker I work with who makes it a point to tell ME that I need my hair done because it does not like it has been done.
She also makes it a point to do this in front of other people.
But, that is okay. I am not living on Section 8, I am not screwing over the system. I am not showing up to work, expecting to do a job and having the boss look all over for me to do that said work.
You see, people like her likes to destroy people because it makes them feel better. It also makes me realize that she is on that level which is beneath me. And when other people see that, you have to think whether they sit there and laugh at you or they sit there and shake their heads because they realize how "sad" and "childish" she acted in doing that. And it makes me a much better person than she will ever be.

Yes they do...I think it is a mental flaw of people with low self esteem...I feel bad therefore you must feel badly too. I don't get it but I sure have been at the butt end of it so far this week...Too bad for the abuser...I am laughing it off.

Unfortunately there are alot of people out there like that. It just proves the old saying "misery loves company" to be true. Miserable people aren't happy until they make others feel lousy too.

I'm a firm believer in misery loves company. The people who enjoy hurting others can't stand other people being happy around them so they take it out on people they despise unfortunately.

Yes. We evolved from predators. While we have certainly gained some discipline over our primal urges some of us are better at it than others. There are also environmental factor to consider.

some have so much hurt in them that they want other people to feel that pain...
they can inflict it onto others physically or mentally..
anything to bring others down to their level so they don't have to feel that they are suffering alone..
they suffer & they want everybody else too as well..
they are ((miserable)) people if you were to really search & find..

Yes. Weird right? I hate hurting others..besides my sister of course. Doesnt make sense to me.

We call them sadists. There is evil out there, and there are people who are so twisted that they get off on hurting others.
