Make sure you drink lots of water early in the day and the day before. Eat some pasta or a wheat bread sandwich 2 hours before and half a protein bar 30 minutes before the game starts.

Eat a sandwich 1-2 hours before your game. That way, your body can digest the food before you play and you don't get cramps. Also, eat spaghetti the night before. Or pasta. That way, you have the loaded carbs the night before and you can keep them in your body.
