Depends on who is the problem, but generally I forgive and do not forget. Forgiving is a way of dealing with it that lets you rest at night and not make things worse than they are.

I forgive most things. If you bear a grudge, you are carrying around a load of bad vibes that you really dont need. I lead a busy life and have no time for petty arguments or fools. I intend to live this life and skid into the grave sideways totally spent and HAPPY. Forgetting is not as easy as forgiving but it can be done with 99.9% of lifes dramas.

It is better to forgive and forget. Why worry about what happened in the past. You can't change the past just learn from it.

I say move on and if the incident is bad enough break off relations with the one who was the cause.

Depends on what I am forgiving. I usually always forgive, but I never forget...

Yes, I forgive but I find it's not practical to simply forget. You forgive someone to move on with your life and not let the hatred, resentment, and vengeful thoughts eat you up inside. That doesn't mean you have to block out the memory.

It's easier to forgive than forget... especially when you've been hurt so much by someone you loved once... but within time it is possible to forgive because I believe that time is a healer in life :)
