Go to your local health store or even like Wal-mart and get some B-12 vitamins preferably the B-12 Drops, put it under your tongue, and it'll dissolve quicker and get into your blood stream also quicker if you put it under your tongue. It'll give you energy. Usually the 5000mg is really good.
You can be lacking in multiple things such as a balance diet or daily vitamins. So try this first and see how you feel.

Take a good multiple vitamin every day and extra B complex.
B is one of the vitamins that gives you energy. Take these for a couple of months and see how you feel. But don't stop just make it part of your daily schedule. The heat of summer makes us tired also.
If you go for a physical, ask the doctor to run a Thyroid test.
An Under active Thyroid can cause exhaustion. But could be a contributing factor, a simple pill daily takes care of it.
Here is another suggestion. Donate blood. I always feel much better after I donate blood. It puts your body into hyper drive to replace it .
Good Luck.

Are you eating healthy? Do you have normal period,s? Are you depressed? Somtimes people dont think they are depressed but they are, so if I were you Id go see a mental health specialist, or make a appointment with your doctor. I had the same problem, I went to my doctor and low and behold I was suffering from anemia, this can be easily diagnosed with a simple blood test, there can be a number of reasons why we are always tired, but you are the person who knows your body, so listen to it, our bodies tell us when their is something wrong, and It sounds to me like your body is telling you something, so this can be physical or mental, or it may be nothing at all? But go check it out with your doctor,he or she will be the one who will pin point the problem, and good luck to you.

Check your iron levels. You may be anemic. Lack of iron in the body actually makes you sleepy.
