Because I do not sleep too well, I am up around 4-4:30 AM;brush my teeth ( an absolute must) weather permitting, I go out on my terrace and look through my telescope at the sky; the stars and the waning Moon and wonder what is out there. Sunrise is best seen in the country or on those rare occasions that I am at the Beach, I marvel watching the Sun coming up over the horizon. It look as if it is coming out of the ocean. This big red/orange ball that warms us and gives us light peeks out slowly and then becomes overwhelming. I come back for my coffee or tea after I have come down form this extraordinary sight which we all take for granted , because it's there everyday.

You betcha, I get up at 4:30 every day. Before screwing up my knee in a marathon I would run every morning with my dog. My first cup of coffee is usually standing on the porch watching the sunrise. It's the best part of the day when everything is cool clean and fresh.

the two on a similar time. =) I stay up by utilising the arctic polar circle and each summer time we adventure white nights and additionally sundown and daybreak on a similar time, reckoning on what date you're out to work out it. My husband and that i frequently flow out to adventure it the 1st time it happens each twelve months. We flow right down to the river and spend an hour watching it, generally taking photos, whilst making plans for the summer time. it particularly is surely magic to take a seat down and watch the sunlight dip down after which arise returned and not using a gloomy evening between the sundown and daybreak. it particularly is a few thing that i think of each you may get to adventure a minimum of as quickly as of their lives. there is likewise the different facet to it, interior the iciness whilst the daybreak and sundown is on a similar time and you in basic terms get a glimpse of sunshine till now the "day" is over. by utilising mid-December it particularly is dark 24/7.
