Try to use an "overnight" pad and wear a pair of shorts. You could also buy some of the disposable bed liners to put underneath you when you go to bed to keep your sheets clean. Alot of bed-wetters use these. Also, you may consider birth control pills to regulate the heaviness of your period. Aspirin won't do anything. Whatever you do, do not wear a tampon to bed because they should only be left in for 4 or 5 hours to avoid toxic shock syndrome. I hope this helps.

Aspirin is a really bad idea, it actually may make it worse. Talk to the doctor. If you go on a light dosage birth control pill your periods will be regular and lighter.

If you don't want to go that route, wear a tampon & a pad to bed. You can also sleep on a towel to protect your bedding.

My period is very heavy during the night as well leaving blood on sheets. There are special always pads you can buy in a purple pack that are very long which absorb more blood.

ok inquisitor #1 is right aout the apspirin, but you can wear a tampon overnight. they need to be chnged every 4-8hrs, so even if a super plus isnt absorbant enough to last 8hrs, at least you will only have to get up once during the night.
