Your degree will always be valid, even if the school ceases to exist altogether, but if you are trying to get credit for courses taken when enrolling in another program, you could experience problems. Also, the perceived reputation of your degree may suffer if it is generally known that the university lost accreditation.

So long as the masters was achieved during the time that the school was accredited, then yes. Think of it this way-If the school burned down, would the masters still be valid?

If you recived while they were accredited then it is valid, if you are working on it and have not yet recieved it than no. Try transfering as quickly as possible, to avoid losing to many credits.
