My Teddy scares me...?
I found out recently he has been going into the kitchen at nite and sharpening the cutlery, I found him sitting in the hallway just outside my bedroom door with a partial stick of butter between his paws and a thin layer of butter all over the hallway floor. The lights were out and all I could see were his glowing eyes from across the hall. He was beckoning me to come forward.

What does this mean? Should I be worried?

Any ideas would be helpful.

Sounds like he is just being creative and expending excess energy.
I would suggest you go along with his game and see where it takes you.
He might take offence if you don't want to participate.

Maybe you could join in if there is any extra butter left in the fridge....

Hahaha I watched a video recently where this guy's roommate was always driving him crazy by slamming the door in the morning when he'd leave. So he set up a camera and not once, but three times, caught this guy running to the door or the kitchen and falling on his a*s because the floor was buttered. I'd be pissed if it happened to me, but it was funny to watch.

As for Teddy, it sounds to me like he's craving more salt in his diet. Get him a bag of Cheetos, some Ramen noodles and a whiskey Coke. He'll be better by morning.

Hummm? This is interesting. I question why teddy is needing to hone all the knives. It's just butter. I think you should lock up all the cutlery at night leaving only a butter knife available.
In this, you will be able to determine if it's just a butter fetish or something more deeply intricate with handling of the knives.
He might be knavishly conniving about knives.

He probably wanted you to slip on the butter, so that you would be closer to his level. That would make stabbing you with the knife he had just honed so much easier. By doing that, he would really be able to be his own bear. He sounds out of control. You had better take my advice from your last question about him very seriously!

You should, but not for the reason you think. The rabbits have been forming a cult in your yard. The teddy is just preparing for the inevitable unholy battle. He's on your side.

That darn teddy bear is becoming more psycho by the minute. You must get him out of the house immediately for your own sake.

Ok you have been talking about the Teddy for the past few days and I am beginning to fear my own sanity, as I am beginning to believe you! Kill the little bas***d!

Well, if you saw him recently, maybe the next time you don't see him acting strange like that, throw him out. But if you are really hooked on it, try teaching it good things. I'm sure things will work out.
