Real sterling silver does change colour. It turns to this old-looking antique colour. If you haven't got any proper cleaning liquids, I suggest you use toothpaste. I use it all the time. White Gold looks almost like sterling silver. Except it's much more expensive because it lasts more and is more perspirant than sterling silver. I hope it helps!

It will not rust, but, it can tarnish and turn your finger green. It just how silver reacts to certain people's body chemistry. You use a jewelry cleaner to clean and make is shine.
This will help you learn about silver.

Yes...sterling silver tarnishes. You need to get silver polish. If you do not have any on hand, you can use the ashes of cigarettes to polish it (dip a clean soft cloth in the ashes and rub it on the silver...takes it right off).

Yes a little bit. All you got to do is clean them with special metal cleaners. I heard that concentrated lemon juice is also good for cleaning silver, but I never tried that myself.

It may get tarnished a bit and there are many silver polishes out there on the market to use.

it shouldn't turn green or rust..althought it could turn grey, but that is easily remedied after it's been dipped is a silver jewely cleaner for a few seconds..usually it turns that colour cos it's dirty.
