Build strength and work on your quickness (not speed). You need to memorize your roles on each play, but more so you need to understand what is happening on the play so if it breaks down you can help further.

Too many highschool lineman stop once they have finished their job on a play; never stop. Always look for something else to do.

In addition to what has been said the part about eating right is not too put on more weight than your body can handle. Don't worry in that proper diet and exercise will get you there in time.

Keep your butt low. Eye on the defenders belly button. Eat and sleep right ! That makes a big difference.
