Yes - when the sun is shining directly on you then you are subject to massive heat.
When in the shadows your subject to massive cold.

The space suits provide insulation from both events but astronauts will sweat much the same as anyone else when working, the suits will regulate temperature etc but the body has to sweat in order to transfer heat from the body to the environment the suit is creating, if not the astronaut would be uncomfortable when exerting energy as sweat would not evaporate and transfer their heat away from them.

Yes they do sweat especially when working in the Sun. That's why they wear special underwear under their space suits that has plastic tubes full of running water running through it to cool their bodies. Some of those space walks can last up to 8 hours so they wear diapers in case they need to well you know.

Think about it, you are in outer space working on the ISS. There is a camera shoved in your face and what you are doing is monitored, not to mention the world is watching! You don't want to screw up, you bet he/she is sweating.

i think ....they must be naturally sweating up there because we know the temp is too high comparing with the earth...but one more fact is that they have coolers inside their suits to keep their body temp in control

thats a really good question, i would imagine they did but then, I'm not an astronaut, they might have like AC in their suits, or something...
BUT its like really really really really really really cold up there so my answer is no!
