There are plenty of options. First off, you could be the obvious, a sports manager -- coordinating business-related activities for sports teams. You could be a marketing executive, directing the team's marketing, or an advertising executive, directing the team's advertising. You could be a sports agent.
You could also go into public relations, generating publicity for sports teams. If you're interested in writing about sports, you could be a journalist. Or really be a part of sports, and be a coach.
