Apparently he was released the next day. His passenger wasn't so lucky. I heard he is in a coma and may have suffered brain damage. Some witnesses said Hogan was racing. If this turns out to be true look out for a big lawsuit or major criminal charges if the guy unfortunately doesn't make it.

I read about this in news, they said he was released but the passenger freind is in serious / critical condition ? They said it was just a question of too hot a car / too much speed. No alcohol was involved. Or Dad knew or paid cops / who knows. Really did not say he had been cited for anything. Just straightforward the cause of accident was. Not sure of any other details.

He's fine. It's his buddy passenger who is in serious condition. He comes back from a war zone and then gets almost killed by a drunken speeding live off daddy rich kid.

I am very sorry to inform you of this but, Nick sadly passed away last night at 2am due to severe head injuries.
It has yet to reach the news because of the fires in Athens.
His family are in mourning.
Again, I am deeply sorry.
