the typical XP blue-screen-of-death is a driver error screen. It must be something pretty early in the boot-up sequence to cause it to continually restart, most likly before the keyboard drivers are loaded, otherwise it would probably hang for user-input. There should be 4-5 lines of white text at the top of that blue screen, filled with hex numbers, tidbits of code and information-less error messages, but it'll all point to a file name. typically a .dll file in my experience. If you can manage to boot from CD or network and replace that named file in safemode, you may be able to salvage the system. But more likly is it will just repeat the error with a different file name...you may have to replace a few files to save the system. If you end up replacing 5 or more with no successful boot-up, I'd go with the OS reinstall as the problem is most likly some persistant virus.

Well...That Blue Screen Means That Your System Faced A Fatal Error Made It Crash Down Completely...The Reasons Are Many.....
But The Solution Is Almost One....
1- Change The BIOS Option To Boot From CD....
2- Put Your Windows XP Cd In The CD Driver...
3- Boot From CD And Choose To Make A Repair Install...That Will Not Make You Lose Any Files Or Programs Or Any Thing You Need On The C Driver...
4- If The Repair Install Didn't Work...Then That Error Cannot Be Solved Expet by Making a Fresh Install Of Your Windows Xp....Im Sorry But You Can Use Recovery Console Which Im Not Good In To Recover Your System....

Well lemme tell you from experience
its the 'kiss of death'

you need to get your backup disks and perform a system recovery from the backup disks

it's the only way to fix the problem that I am aware of- because it happened to ME as well

Click Start button then go to Settings then to Control panel, then select display and then change the display settings whichever you want it.

Your computer may be broken, or your disk garbled. See a repair shop!
