you can freeze milk. most of the little plastic bottles of milk that u can buy from shops & supermarkets are suitable for freezing. i always make sure i have at least 2 or 3 in the freezer, that way i never run out. the other option is to buy a bottle of powdered milk to use incase u run out of the fresh stuff. not as nice as proper milk, but better than nothing.

i guess these solutions aren't much use to u right now, but u could use them in future. the only options u have right now if u are desperate for milk is either call a friend and ask them to bring u some, or go borrow some from a neighbour.

Nothing, I rarely have milk in the house unless I am making sauces that need it or ice cream (and I always buy it with the rest of the ingredients)

you either pull out the tin of powdered milk that you keep in the back of the cupboard or you pull out the 2lt of pasturised milk from the pantry. if you have neither you still have the choice of "milking the cow" in the backyard or better still for one morning have your coffee black!

On the way home buy milk, powered milk & 2lt of pasturised milk and learn your lesson!

For now make due. For next time, you can keep powdered milk in the cupboard for when you run out.

Panic. My household can't do without milk so we hardly ever get into that situation but my god would we be stuffed. Well, obviously it wouldn't be the end of the world....but it would seem like it....
