Whatever you just did for someone to say it to you,
means that they are saying that it is so typical of you,
so like you normally do,
for you to do this thing that is so similar.

Depends on the context, but basically means that when the comment "that is just so you" is said, you had done something or there's something familiar about a picture, whatever, that reminds a person of you or something suits you "Is so you".
