A 60 litre tank is not large, so naturally you would want to avoid any large type Gourami - kissers get to a foot long - picture that in your little tank. Do research on any type you're interested in, and if they grow any larger then 5 inches they're too big for your tank.
They do just fine as singles, pairs, or groups - it all depends on how much room you have and how much tank you want to donate to gouramis. If you're asking because you were hoping to just get one, then go for it. If you have a community then the Dwarf would be best - they're less territorial and aggressive, and their small size is good for your tank.

Gouramis are Aggressive fish with your tank size and the way adult male gouramis will kill each other (related to the Betta fish) If you want get a male /female pair of dwarfs, sparkling or flaming gouramis. No matter how pretty it looks never get a male/male pair! If you want to get 1 gourami and have it live in a big tank like the one you have!
Your gourami will thank you for spoiling him!
also 60L is equal to about 15 gallons which is the term most people use for tank water capacity.

Giant, Blue and Kissing gourami will all grow too big for your tank so I would look at buying either Dwarf or Honey Gourami.Yes they will always do better in pairs but watch out for your water quality before purchase as they are sensitive to raised levels of ammonia, nitrite and nitrate

The giant and kissing varieties are going to be too large for your 60 liter tank. Several Dwarf Gourami would be the most sensible arrangement for a tank that size.
Good luck.

No, one would be fine, but seeing as you have a 60L tank I would give kissing gourami a miss, and giant too, they need much larger tanks, but dwarf gourami should be fine.
