Nothing to much. It has been said that if you are Anxious of something, you don't have complete Faith in God. I don't know if you are a religious person, but being Paranoid or even Anxious about something is, well to be honest, living in fear and uncertainties. We should live not be paranoid of anything, but rather cautious of things around, and not so much as of being paranoid that something is going to "GET" us ot Harm us in anyway. you can do things to prevent Hurt, or Harm from attacking us in a destructive way, or you can do things that will ultimately bring it on so - too - speak.
so:
DON'T BE PARANOID, just be CAUTIOUS or your SURROUNDINGS......
