suppose that your job is :

very stressfull,
less paid (like pocket money),
multidisiplinary ,
time consuming,
the places are dirty,
unfair,
it is your supplementary work (like spare time work -not your main profession).

what should i consider before quitting this kind of job ? i cant decide what to do because i got accustomed to be there for a long time.

shall i give a break or resign forever ?

i have a right to give a break in theory, but my managers wont be happy with it and probably they will make psychological pressure on me by saying "you shoudlnt have given a break. couldnt you continue 1 day in a week ? it is very negative point for you. your abilities wont improve during the break." etc. they will interpose the same thigns when i came back too.
they expect you to devote yourself to that thing. i ve other needs and my nerves arent made of iron. those caprices will hurt me. so i thought it is better to quit it forever.

what do you think ?

Well, there must be a reason why you haven't quit already. If the reason is financial, why don't you take a few days off and look for another job. If it isn't financial, then walk away and spend your time looking for a job where you will be happy. That's what I would do.

you work to get paid and that aint happening. I woul supose u would at least enjoy it but you don't. You dont even have to do this so why put so much mental and physical pain on yourelf. Rather resign...don't quit. Its sounds like you ncan't take it. I advise you to take a job you enjoy especially since your doing this in your spare time

If you can afford it take a break of a week or two. Consider if you want to return, and then decide to either go back or quit.

Your bosses sound like real jerks. I wouldn't put up with it. And if it's just your supplementary income anyway, what do you care? You don't go to work to make your managers happy; you exchange your workforce for a salary, and that's it.

RESIGN MY A**, GROW UP AND TELL THEM YOU QUIT
THERE IS NOT ENOUGH MONEY IN THE WORLD TO PUT UP WITH THAT KIND OF TREATMENT.....
