suppose that your job is :

very stressfull,
less paid (like pocket money),
multidisiplinary ,
time consuming,
the places are dirty,
unfair,
it is your supplementary work (like spare time work -not your profession).

what should i consider before quitting this kind of job ? i cant decide what to do because i got accustomed to be there for a long time.

shall i give a break or quit it forever ?

i have a right to give a break in theory, but my managers wont be happy with it and probably they will make psychological pressure on me by saying "you shoudlnt have given a break. couldnt you continue 1 day in a week ? it is very negative point for you. your abilities wont improve during the break." etc. they will interpose the same thigns when i came back too.
they expect you to devote yourself to that thing. i ve other needs and my nerves arent made of iron. those caprices will hurt me. so i thought it is better to quit it forever.

what do you think ?

If you are seriously considering moving into a new position, begin with job searching online. Put your resume out there and see what kind of responses you get. Because despite your gripes, you definitely dont want to quit before you find another job. Save your break for when you need to go on interviews. There are lot of people that are in the same situation. Stuck in jobs for years because you have become accustomed to it. Since this is not your profession, your options are open. If you are not happy in the position, your work is going to suffer and you may want to quit while you are still able to use them as a good job reference. Life is too short to not take leaps of faith every now and then. You sound very confident in yourself and skills, and unless you put yourself out there and let go of something you no longer want, you will never know what your future holds. Good luck.

I quit my weekend job a while back and never went back.

I feel so rested and much happier.

You can always find another one if you want.

i think you should quit first...
and find a better job....
because if it is very stressful and it is less paid...
you should really quit it...
but make sure that you have a job for a replacement...
so you still have a money....
