Go with the flats they are extremly huge right now and will be a nice piece to add to your collection.

if u are living in england, u should get either. this is because it is nearly winter so u would really be wearing flats. skinny jeans would probally be out of fashion soon. why not save up the money to buy stuff in the next year?

Flats,there always adorable and comfy but you should buy some jeans to not skinny and some t-shirts!

omg both are tootally IN STYLE! im wearing both right now. but i wud recommend the flats cuz if u wear skinny jeans with shoes other than flats it doesnt look that good.

and yes you shud go for funky colours... or black 1's with bright belts ..
try primark... they had loads of funky coloured skinnys... my sis got some red 1s and shes goin back to get some greem 1s =]
