Do the testicles change as you get older. I am in my early 30's and have noticed over the past year or so that one of them seems to have changed position, and it is a little annoying. There are no lumps or anything, it feels like it turned sideways, do changes like this happen as you get older?

I'd say it's pretty normal for them to hang a bit lower as you get older, but for them to turn sideways (I can't quite figure out what you mean by 'sideways' though), I'd get that checked out if I were you.

That sounds a little unusual to me and I got 15 years on you.

You can get "tortion" accompanied by severe pain and real trouble. Prolly a good idea just to get your doc to check those boys.
