By 2020 all the premiership clubs get rich by take-over like Chelsea?

It could. But I don't think it will. I think that the premiership will implode as:
fans get fed up of paying sky high prices for a season ticket

Not getting value for money

The younger generation becoming disaffected as they will never have seen "their club" play live.

The increase in interest in other sports and games, in particular Rugby League.

That said, If other clubs get purchased by rich foreign millionaires expect to see an Anglo American Premiership within the next decade.

By 2020 ? Lol ... I'd say by 2010. Just look how many of the clubs are already in the position of having multi-millionaires and billionaires at the helm:

Chelsea (Russia), Man Utd (USA), Man City (N.Korea), Reading (UK, Top 200 Rich List) , Liverpool (USA), Aston Villa (USA), Newcastle (UK, Top 25 Rich List), Portsmouth (Russia), West Ham (Iceland) ..... and now it seems Arsenal too are on the way down the same road, a Russian I believe.

it could happen but i dont think it will.i think that the so called take over rich will soon hit a stumbling block. eg city could loose all thier backing when thier chairman goes and answers his coruption charges. and i think that once roman has had enough of chelski. then they will follow. there will be a mass exodus of players. whose wages will dry up. home grown chairmen are the best.
i have noticed that the home grown chairmen have the common sense to treat thier fans properly. teams like chelski, man u etc have once again raised ticket prices. but teams like blackburn, sunderland and a few others either lowering thier ticket prices or keeping hem the same as last season.

Yes I can see it long before that though. Football is gonna crash and it hurts me to say it, but the next generation of fans are not coming through. I can't afford to take my son to see my beloved Newcastle as my father did with me, and his father with him. I'm sure there are many more like me. Do these new chairman really care about the clubs they take over or are they after making a quick buck, and getting out. There are rumours of our new owner selling out already.

more and more clubs are being invested in, and there is alot of money in it for the clubs at first but they need to be careful if the investment decide that they have had enough and sell up. Could leave the club in alot of money problems for years down the line.

If it does then money wouldn't be an issue anymore and football would go back to being based on skill of the players and manager rather than the size of their wallet.

if that happened, football would SUCK.
i mean, imagine. football turns into a business where clubs buy players like nobodys business, and drop players as soon as theyre not in form.
can you imagine how suckish football would have gotten with crappy rich idiots taking over??
