Generally I'd say my optimism, that seems to have disappeared after being in engineering for 20 years, or maybe it is just because I have seen the apparent removal of common sense from the world ... either way, optimism that everything will be good in life would be nice.

My feelings and faith in relationships , I think they died long ago partially because of me and partially because of the roller -coaster ride of life. To me, faith is a dangerous word it does not really exist without disappointment and it is based on nothing, but a fear of it (disappointment).A rather unpopular and convoluted view on my part. In my opinion hard reality is better to embrace from which logical conclusions may be drawn.

my sense of really being able to be open and honest about myself...not able to do that right now in my current profession. i am to my best friends (but really trust them). I can't say the same about others though.
