I was in the UK recently and spent some time in London and Bromley, very good quiet location during the day, but most nights, a group of rough guys would walk the streets, shouting, swearing, picking fights with pedestrians and throwing stones at people and at window. It was very sad and shocking for me as otherwise it would have been a great holiday. What I found very disturbing was that no decent person dared to approach these guys to tell them to stop and I never once saw the police presence.
What is going on in this beautiful city and leafy suburb? What can be done about these night gangs?

i've never been there but i think that is the job for the police. where were they?
i hope things get better for them, cause those kind of gangs can and will hurt anyone that get's in their way.
