It's probably not truely fleshy material, although it's probably the remnants of blood tissue. Menstrual blood is in the process of breaking down, but if it's old, it can clot and cling together. In some cases it can take on a rather rubbery texture and look similar to liver. (yeah, I know, gross description. ) It could also be endometrium that is shedding. The only way to know for certain is to save a sample and have it analyzed in the lab. Your gyn or the lab the office uses can provide you with a sample cup to bring in one. It sounds nasty, I know, but you would basically catch a piece, then stow in the fridge until you can take it in to the lab next day. Or if you are actively passing the material when you see the gyn, they can get it and send it then. Within a few days you will have your answer.

I have endometriosis and ovarian cysts frequently. This does not cause tissue to be in your blood. having a miscarrage will cause tissue to be in your blood. Mabye you are having small blood clots in your blood. I am not sure I do not have this problem with tissue. Discuss this with your doctor because endometriosis and ovarian cysts do not cause tissue to be in your blood.

It is normal for some women to have clots during their period because of the uterus trying to push out the lining that wasn't needed for that month, but this kind of tissue that you are describing should be checked out by a doctor to see what they think is going on.

That you have endometriosis may be the cause but discuss it with your doctor.
