I suppose you mean .. not masturbating too eh? That's not unhealthy in terms of the functionality of your goods. I think it is sexually unhealthy though by reason that it creates overloaded expectations and perhaps performance anxiety. These are "mental health" issues. Of course, lots of religious zealots would argue with me... but that's my opinion.

Absolutely not!!! Being sexually active with someone that may or may not have an STD is unhealthy. Stay a virgin as long as possible!

Use it or loose it. I think a lot of Catholic priests tried abstinence and look where it led them. Whatever feels good, but all things in moderation.
