this is going to be gross....but telling lies just isn't my thing!
Without a doubt, the absolute WORST itching situation would definitely be:
(a) you're a guy like me
(b) you're wearing boxers that have a loose string from that crotch seam
(c) the crotch string goes RIGHT into one of those annoying and now irritated nooks into your testicles
(d) you're in a very public place where your hands being within a 6 inch radius of the zipper is inappropriate
(e) your sweating really bad and/or one of your friends decided that it would be funny to put something very itchy in your boxers

it has to be the inside of the ear or the roof of the mouth
they are sooooo annoying! its a nightmare!
also there is nothing worse than an itch you cant reach!

inside of your nose. you can't scratch it properly and it makes you sneeze but you can't as the itch is still there...can be irritating
